End Of Line Automation
Thinking large? Think Motion Controls Robotics.
Motion Controls Robotics is your single source for large scale robotic systems integration, line building and end of line automation. Motion Controls Robotics can handle the complete job from concept to installation as your general contractor for a turnkey end of line automation project, no matter what the size. Systems can include multiple robots, Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGV), Automatic Guided Carts (AGC), Automatic Storage Retrieval Systems (ASRS), tape detection, bar code reading, conveyor sorting, vision integration and Robotic Transfer Units (RTU) in large material handling and packaging systems. Whether your system requirements call for a large scale, integrated robotic/material handling system or a simple single robot cell, we will work with you to ensure the project goes simply and smoothly.
For example, Motion Controls Robotics developed a large material handling system measuring 45,000 square feet that managed 80 different case unitizing positions at once utilizing five palletizing robots on rails and three AGVs, processing a high case rate. For another customer, Motion Controls Robotics developed an entire packaging system that handled rolls, applied labels, vision inspected the labels, stacked the rolls and stretch wrapped the rolls.
