Motion Controls Robotics to Demonstrate the Know Nos of Case Packing and Palletizing at Pack Expo International 2016

Motion Controls Robotics will be in the thick of things at Pack Expo 2016 (booth N-4946). Stop by the booth to spot Know Nos of Case Packing and Palletizing.

Fremont, OH (August 2, 2016) – Motion Controls Robotics, Inc (MCRI) is bringing Know Nos of Case Packing and Palletizing to booth N- 4946 at PACK EXPO International 2016 (November 6-9) at McCormick Place in Chicago. Motion Controls Robotics is a FANUC Level 4, Certified Servicing Integrator with over 20 years’ experience designing and installing quality robotic solutions. During this time, MCRI has focused on developing flexible solutions for a variety of industries and applications, with specialization in palletizing and case packing.

PACK EXPO International is an industry event focused on the newest advances in packaging technologies. MCRI knows that a key obstacle for most packaging customers is finding a flexible solution that quickly and easily adjusts to changes, whether it be case size and shape or pallet arrangement. In MCRI’s booth N-4946 the goal is to exhibit the most cost efficient way to pack and palletize our customers’ products using new, flexible solutions.

MCRI’s Booth N-4946 will explore Know Nos of Case Packing and Palletizing:

  • Know reliability with FANUC robots that achieve 100,000 hours mean time between failures and MCRI’s 24/7 support coverage
  • No wondering whether you are going to hit your daily/weekly/monthly production targets
  • Know product tracking with integrated barcode scanning and case counting
  • No packaging or product damage – robots help to eliminate damage
  • Know where cost reductions and future production increases are going to come from
  • No more repetitive motion or lifting injuries
  • Know flexibility with a robotic solution that fits your needs

A visitor to the booth will see a variety of robotic options that can improve the operating flexibility, efficiency, and reliability of packaging, palletizing, and roll handling systems.

Tim Ellenberger, Motion Controls Robotics’ Vice President explains,

According to the National Association of Manufacturers, U.S. manufacturers will face a skilled worker shortfall of 2 million in the next 10 years.  Companies regularly report to MCRI their issues finding workers for specific jobs in manufacturing and warehousing.  Attendees at Pack Expo will be treated to a diverse range of automation solutions within the packaging industry designed to address the coming worker shortage, as well as improve product quality, improve product traceability, and improve their company’s bottom line.

All attendees to the Motion Controls Robotics’ booth N-4946 will get a chance to register to win a LEGO® MINDSTORMS® EV3 set.
