Single-Station Robotic Spraying
The robotic green tire spray platform measures each randomly arriving
tire, adjusts to its dimensions and recipe, and applies the required
amount of green tire spray.

Motion Controls Robotics integrates tire-processing equipment that combines controlled fluid application, robotic handling, automatic measurement, machine vision, and production tracking. Randomly arriving tires can be identified, positioned, measured, and processed using operator-entered values or parameters from the plant recipe system.
The result is a controlled process designed to improve quality, contain overspray and process materials, reduce waste, support ergonomics, and keep production moving.
Controlled Spraying Applications
Green tire spraying applies mold release, lubricant, or anti-blemish
coatings to uncured tires before the molding and curing process.
Depending on the application, equipment can spray the inside surface,
outside sidewall area, or both. MCRI configures robotic, dial-index,
and portable green tire spray systems around the tire size, material,
spray pattern, loading method, and required production rate.

Multiple stations run in parallel to increase throughput and reduce
cycle time. Precision fluid control applies the required amount of
green tire spray with less overspray and waste.

Self-contained and portable equipment supports new-tire trials,
low-volume needs, and continued production during planned or
unplanned maintenance.
Vertical VTS configurations are also available for utility, ATV,
and specialty tires.

Tire Marking
Robot-applied marking creates precise, repeatable identification marks
for tire matching, assembly, and OEM requirements. Applications can
include high-point painting, conicity tread striping, white-letter
protection, and whitewall protection. Where applicable, machine vision
verifies mark color, placement, and count to improve consistency and
traceability.
