We are an aggressively growing team and are dedicated to our customers success.  We are looking for a motivated sales executive that has strong business hunting skills in Packaging Automation and has unique experience focusing on End of Line Automation.  Our Sales Professionals handle direct selling from lead to closing for projects using a combination of territory and industry knowledge.   • Responsible for the sale of Primary & Secondary Packaging Automation, End of Line System Automation, Warehouse, Distribution Center, and Omni-Fulfillment Automation systems
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
  • Contact prospective customers based on leads from business directories or other sources
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM software
  • Site visits for potential projects that meet criteria for MCRI applications
  • Communicate effectively with customers and present technical data
  • Submit detailed business and project information to Application Engineering Team for pricing and solution concepts
  • Develop new customer relationships and strengthen strategic partnerships with current customers
  • Establish and maintain long term, positive working relationships with customers
  • Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas
  • Work with our Application Engineers, Marketing, and other support personnel to achieve personal & company goals
  • 50%+ travel is required, remote work allowed
  • Our successful Sales Professionals are expected to sell $5M+ annually


  • Demonstrate effective time management skills to maximize Direct Selling Time (DST)
  • Technical comprehension, writing, and communication skills
  • Work well under pressure and have superb organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to obtain full project discovery and concept solutions based on information obtained
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions
  • 7+ years of direct sales of capital equipment experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, a technical diploma, or industry experience equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft’s Office Suite products, AutoCAD 2D
  • Experience with a CRM software
  • Knowledge and understanding of Robotic Automation, preferably Fanuc America
  • Create/Modify 2D layout drawings with ACAD from MCRI templates
